Terms of Service.
Last updated · 2026-04-21
These terms explain what Welcomery is, what you can and cannot do with it, and what you agree to when you use it.
1. Acceptance of terms.
By creating an account or using Welcomery (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description.
Welcomery is a beta product. Features may change, be removed, or be added without prior notice. We will announce material changes through the Service or by email.
3. Acceptable use.
- Do not display illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or threats on any screen.
- Do not use guest names for phishing, spam, or misrepresentation of identity.
- Do not attempt to access another tenant's data, circumvent authentication, or abuse the platform.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
4. Your account.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, for the team members you invite, and for the per-screen editor access you grant. We will never ask for your password outside the login flow.
5. Intellectual property.
You retain all rights to the logos, images, headlines, and names you upload or enter into Welcomery. We retain all rights to the platform itself — the code, templates, brand, and design system.
6. Beta disclaimer.
Welcomery is provided "as-is" during beta. We do not offer an uptime SLA during beta. The Service may change in meaningful ways between the date you sign up and the date we leave beta.
7. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welcomery's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (zero during beta).
8. Termination.
You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with reasonable notice, except in cases of abuse or fraud where immediate termination may be necessary.
9. Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TO BE SPECIFIED]. Any dispute arising from or related to the Service will be resolved in the courts of [VENUE TO BE SPECIFIED].
