What happens after beta?
We will announce pricing with at least 30 days notice before any charges. Existing beta customers will get pricing protection — you will not wake up paying for something you signed up for free.
Can I cancel anytime?
During beta, there is nothing to cancel — the product is free. Once billing starts, yes: you will be able to cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Do you offer non-profit discounts?
We have not finalized non-profit pricing yet. Email us at nonprofit@welcomeboard.dev and we will honor reasonable requests.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
When you delete your account, we delete your company data, screens, team members, and any stored guest names within 30 days. Active guest names are deleted immediately on account-delete, not after their per-entry expiry window.
